1. COMPOSITION

Calcium carbonate, sucrose (sweetener), Lemon flavor (flavoring substances, alpha-tocopherol) or Wild berries (propylene glycol E1520, flavoring substances) or Orange (propylene glycol E1520, flavoring substances), magnesium salts of stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose MCC (carrier), cholecalciferol.

2. WHAT THE «CaD3 Forte GIGA farm» TABLETS ARE AND FOR WHAT DISEASES

CAN THEY BE USED

The components included in the biologically active food supplement "CaD3 Forte GIGA farm" are effective in various diseases of the skeletal system, and also contribute to the prevention of such diseases. They are used during pregnancy to compensate the deficiency of calcium and vitamin D3 in the body.

They can be used for the complex treatment:

·         in patients with coronary artery disease

·         in case of complicated CHF

·         in the diagnosis of osteopenia

·         in case of calcium or vitamin D3 deficiency

·         in the prevention of osteoporosis and its complications (bone fractures)

3. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE YOU TAKE «CaD3 Forte GIGA farm»

  Do not take «CaD3 Forte GIGA farm» tablets in case of individual intolerance to the components of the product.

4. HOW YOU SHOULD TAKE «CaD3 Forte GIGA farm» TABLETS

Adults, including pregnant and lactating women, should take 1 tablet daily during meals and should chew it. Before use, it is recommended to consult a doctor. The duration of the use is 1 month. Pregnant and lactating women should take tablets on the recommendation and under the supervision of a doctor.

The recommended use (1 tablet) provides the daily requirement:

1. - Technical Regulation for Customs Union 022/2011 "Food Products Labeling" (Appendix 2).

2. - Methodical recommendations 2.3.1.0253-21 "Norms of Physiological Needs for

       Energy and Nutrients for Various Groups of the Population of the Russian Federation.

* - does not exceed the upper permissible consumption level of the EurAsEC "United Sanitary-Epidemiological and Hygienic Requirements for Goods Subject to Sanitary-Epidemiological Supervision (Control)" (Appendix 5).

5. STORAGE

Store in an original package in a dry place protected from moisture and light at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of the reach of children.

6. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Release form: By 10 tablets in a blister, by 3 blisters in a cardboard box, or by 30-60 pieces in polymer jars in a cardboard box. Shelf life is 3 years from the date of manufacture. Scope of use: as a biologically active food supplement, an additional source of calcium and vitamin D3. It is not a medicine. The terms of sale: through the pharmacy chain and specialized stores, the departments of the trade network. It is produced by the order and under the control of the «Giga Farm» LLC.
