Analgesic-antipyretic Composition: metamizole sodium-500 mg. Indications for use: - pain syndrome of weak and moderate intensity of various genesis (including headache, toothache, neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia) - with the ineffectiveness of other preparations; - fevers with colds and infectious and inflammatory diseases. Dosage and administration: For adults, the drug is administered orally after meals, 250-500 mg (1/2-1 tab.), every 8-12 hours. The maximum single dose is 1 g, daily dose is 3 g. Children over the age of 15 years - 250 mg (1/2-1 tab), every 8-12 hours. Contraindication: - during the first and last three months of pregnancy and during lactation; - if the patient has hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; - children under the age of 15 years. The drug is contraindicated for use in: in the oppression of hematopoiesis (agranulocytosis, cytostatic or infectious neutropenia); in severe violations of the liver or kidneys; in acute hepatic porphyria; in bronchial asthma; in hereditary hemolytic anemia associated with deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.
